ABC FAMILY AIRS SEASON FINALE OF WILDFIRE

"Loyalty" Airs Monday, September 12 (8:00 9:00 PM ET/PT)

Debrah Farentino, Amy Jo Johnson and Joe Lando Guest Star

Burbank, CA (August 25, 2005) ABC Family airs the season finale of the original series WILDFIRE, Monday, September 12 (8:00 9:00 PM ET/PT). In Loyalty when the Davis family steal star jockey Tina Sharp (Amy Jo Johnson) from the Ritters, Kris steps in to ride Wildfire in the Sandpiper Classic. But how will the betrayal affect her relationship with Junior and his friendship with Matt?

Days before the Sandpiper classic, star jockey Tina Sharp (Amy Jo Johnson) leaves Raintree to ride for the Davis family. Ken Davis had Junior make Tina an offer to ride for them, and unbeknownst to Junior (after Tina turned him down), Ken sweetened the pot. Jean and Pablo decide that Kris is the best person to race Wildfire. This is the opportunity she has dreamed of, but Kris also feels betrayed by Junior because their relationship is getting very serious. On top of everything, Tina dumps Matt and his gambling is again, completely out of control. Jean finally calls Matt's dad Pete (Joe Lando) to intervene. Dani comes face-to-face with Isabelle (Debrah Farentino), the woman she believes is her mother, only to be harshly rejected. Do Kris & Wildfire win the Sandpiper and lead Raintree to victory? Stay-tuned until season two

WILDFIRE is ABC Familys highest rated original series and has been picked up for a second season. The series, produced by Lions Gate Television in association with Piller and The Segan Company, centers on the struggles of a teenage girl (gifted newcomer Genevieve Cortese) to turn her life around.
