LOS ANGELES, Oct. 13 -- NICOLE SULLIVAN, who plays the role of Holly, Arthur's trusted dog walker, on THE KING OF QUEENS, says goodbye to the Heffernans on THE KING OF QUEENS, Monday, Oct. 17 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. During Monday night's episode, Holly announces that she's moving to Manhattan with her new boyfriend. When Carrie hears the news, she becomes jealous of the exciting new life Holly is about to embark on and tries to convince her that her new man can't be trusted. When Arthur receives word of his walker's pending departure, he's so distraught that he turns to his old pen pal, Neil Sedaka, to discuss his woes.
