Scores Its Best Monday Night Performance For The Season In Adults 25-54, Adults 18-49, Viewers and Households

CSI: Miami Most Watched and Top Rated Program in Adults 25-54, Viewers and Households for Six Straight Weeks, and Number One in Adults 18-49 For Fifth Time in Six Weeks

�How I Met Your Mother� Meets Another Monday Night Victory

CBS�s ratings momentum continued to Monday, as the Network notched its fifth consecutive victory in adults 25-54, households and viewers, while scoring its second straight win in adults 18-49 (5.2/13), according to final Nielsen ratings for Monday, Oct. 24.

This is CBS's best Monday delivery in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 this season.

THE KING OF QUEENS was first in households (7.5/11), viewers (11.23m) and adults 25-54 (4.6/11) for the fifth consecutive week and first in adults 18-49 (3.9/10) for the fourth time in five weeks. This is THE KING OF QUEENS's best delivery since moving to this time period this season in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. Compared to last week, THE KING OF QUEENS is up +7% in households, +5% in adults 25-54 and +11% in adults 18-49.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was first in households (7.3/11), viewers (10.89m), adults 25-54 (4.8/11) and adults 18-49 (3.9/10). This is the best adults 25-54 performance for HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER ever, matched the best households and adults 18-49 delivery and posted the most watched episode since the series premiere on 9/19/05. Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is up +9% in households, +2% in adults 25-54 and even in adults 18-49. Compared to the time period last year ("Listen Up"), HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +9% in households, +23% in adults 25-54 and +26% in adults 18-49.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (10.8/15), viewers (16.77m), adults 25-54 (6.9/15) and adults 18-49 (5.5/13). This is TWO AND A HALF MEN's best delivery since moving to this time period this season in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and matched the season's best adults 18-49 performance.

OUT OF PRACTICE hit season highs in households (8.7/13), adults 25-54 (5.5/11) and adults 18-49 (4.4/10), scoring its best viewer delivery (13.09m) since its 9/19/05 premiere. OUT OF PRACTICE was up +4% in households, +8% in adults 25-54 and +2% in adults 18-49 compared to last week's delivery. This is the fourth consecutive week OUT OF PRACTICE improved its adults 18-49 performance.

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (12.9/20), viewers (19.94m), adults 25-54 (8.5/19) and adults 18-49 (6.8/16). This is the best delivery for CSI: MIAMI this season in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. Compared to last week, CSI: MIAMI was up +7% in households, +13% in adults 25-54 and +10% in adults 18-49.

For the night, CBS was first in households (10.0/15), viewers (15.31m), adults 25-54 (6.5/14) and adults 18-49 (5.2/13).
