MARLA SOKOLOFF STARS IN THE ABC FAMILY ORIGINAL MOVIE CHRISTMAS IN BOSTON AS PART OF ANNUAL 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS EVENT

Romantic Comedy Also Stars Patrick Adams, Lindy Booth and Jonathan Cherry

Burbank, CA (Nov XX, 2005) Add some holiday spice to your life with the premiere of the original movie CHRISTMAS IN BOSTON, Wednesday, December 14 (8:00 10:00 PM ET/PT) as part of ABC Familys annual 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS programming event. Marla Sokoloff (The Practice, Desperate Housewives) and Patrick Adams (Old School) star in this romantic holiday movie about two people who are destined to be together but are too afraid to jeopardize their lifelong friendship. The film also stars Lindy Booth (Cry Wolf) and Jonathan Cherry (Final Destination 2).

Pen-pals Gina (Sokoloff) and Seth (Adams) have created a cross-country friendship based solely on letters they have written and snapshots theyve sent to each other. Now as adults, they finally get the chance to meet in person when Seth visits Boston where Gina lives. Both are nervous about meeting and living up to one anothers expectations especially since they sent pictures of their best friends Ellen (Booth) and Matt (Cherry), instead of pictures of themselves! Afraid to face the truth, each sends their best friend to pose as them. But when Ellen and Matt start falling for one another, Gina and Seth discover much more than they ever expected.

CHRISTMAS IN BOSTON is executive produced by Michael Jacobs (Makaha Surf) for MarVista Entertainment and produced by Julian Grant (Due Process). The film is directed by Neil Fearnley (Behind The Camera: The Unauthorized Story of 'Mork & Mindy') with teleplay written by Stephanie Baxendale.
