PRODUCTION BEGINS ON �JAKE IN PROGRESS,� MIDSEASON SERIES FOR ABC TELEVISION NETWORK
Charlotte Ross (�NYPD Blue�) and Dondre T. Whitfield (�Mr. 3000�) Join The Cast
Production has begun on season two of the ABC comedy �Jake in Progress.� Charlotte Ross (�NYPD Blue�) and Dondre T. Whitfield (�Mr. 3000�) join the cast, which features John Stamos, Ian Gomez, Rick Hoffman and Wendie Malick. The series will air midseason on ABC.
The fast-paced comedy follows New York publicist Jake (Stamos) and his friends as they juggle life, love and commitment. This season Jake�s former fianc�e, Annie (Ross), is unexpectedly back on the scene, and Jake gives settling down some serious thought (even though she�s engaged to someone else). Best pal Adrian (Gomez) offers advice from a married guy�s POV. New in town is Mark (Whitfield), Jake and Adrian�s old college buddy. A former tennis pro and recently divorced, Mark is looking for some tips as he reenters the social scene. Meanwhile, Naomi (Malick) attempts to balance a new baby with her crazy work life, as only she can, and Patrick (Hoffman) decides to take on the new commitment of running a bakery.
Jeff Greenstein, Austin Winsberg, Peter Traugott and Bob Kushell are executive producers, Jeff Morton is producer and Michael Spiller is supervising producer of the series, from Brad Grey Television Productions in association with Twentieth Century Fox Television.
