SIN CITY UPS THE SPICE FACTOR AS WOLFGANG PUCK OPENS HIS NEWEST RESTAURANT IN NBCS LAS VEGAS

BURBANK, Calif. -- December 9, 2005 -- One of NBC's most popular dramas "Las Vegas" (Mondays, 9-10 p.m. ET) is the home of famed chef Wolfgang Puck's newest restaurant. The restaurant is the most recent addition to the impressively realistic set of "Las Vegas," which already features a casino floor, lounge, club, sports book and reception area. The restaurant and Puck himself will be featured on "Las Vegas" beginning Jan. 9.

"Wolfgang Puck is the man who originally brought world-class cuisine to Las Vegas, revolutionizing dining in sin city," explains executive producer Gary Scott Thompson. "Wolfgang's restaurant is the perfect dining destination for the characters of "Las Vegas" and I am pleased he has chosen the Montecito for his seventh Las Vegas establishment."

The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group has been widely recognized as the industry leader in creating dining experiences that consistently set the standard for restaurant design, service and food. The group currently owns and operates six distinct restaurants in Las Vegas, including Spago and Chinois (Forum Shops at Caesars), Trattoria del Lupo (Mandalay Bay), Postrio (Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian) and the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill (MGM Grand) as well as the city's leading banquet and catering service, Wolfgang Puck Private Dining and Catering. With his protg Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel, "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton"), a former U.S. Marine and Las Vegas native, they deal with a variety of security challenges. The series also stars Molly Sims ("Starsky and Hutch"), Nikki Cox ("Nikki"), James Lesure ("For Your Love"), and Vanessa Marcil ("Beverly Hills, 90210").
