USA DOMINATES THE WEEK IN BASIC CABLE AGAIN

MONK and WWE's Monday Night Raw Rank as Top Three Shows in Key Demos

NEW YORK, NY - January 24, 2006 - In the fourth week of 2006, USA came in as the top-rated basic cable network among P18-34 (0.6 million) P18-49 (1.2 million), P25-54 (1.2 million) and the only network to average over 1 million P25-54 for the week.

USA's success this week was lead by superb performances by MONK and WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW, which accounted for the top three basic cable prime programs for the week among P18-49 and P25-54.

- USA Network ranked #1 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights last week. The network was the most watched basic cable network on more nights than any competitor last week among both P18-49 and P25-54.

- USA's original series MONK was the most-watched basic cable prime telecast of the week among key demos P18-49 (2.4 million) and P25-54 (2.8 Million).

- WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 10p and 9p on Monday were the #2 and #3 (following only MONK) basic cable prime programs of the week among P18-49 and P25-54 and averaged 5.2 million total viewers in each hour.

USA increased its ratings over the same week last year (1/17-1/23/05), gaining +5% in households, +25% in P18-34 delivery, +10% in P18-49 delivery, and +6% among total viewers (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
