USA CONTINUES WINNING STREAK

NEW YORK, NY - February 14, 2006 - USA Network finished the seventh week of 1Q06 as the #1 basic cable network in basic cable prime among all key demos, including households (3.2 rating), P18-34 (0.6 million), P18-49 (1.2 million), P25-54 (1.3 million) and total viewers (2.8 million).

USA continued to demonstrate that brand strength plus powerhouse franchises is a winning combination, with the compelling characters of WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, which ranked as more than half of the top ten basic cable prime telecasts of the week among P25-54.

- With 5.8 million and 5.7 million total viewers respectively, the WWE telecasts of MONDAY NIGHT RAW at 10p and 9p on Monday were the top two basic cable prime programs of the week among households, P18-49, P25-54 and total viewers. The telecasts at 10p and 9p were also the top two programs in basic cable Prime on Monday night among all key demos.

- LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT at 10p on Sunday was the #1 basic cable acquired series telecast of the week among P25-54 (1.567 million). In addition, USA's Saturday and Sunday night episodes were the only acquired series to rank within the top 10 basic cable entertainment telecasts of the week. USA's Saturday night stack of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT averaged 1.5 million P18-49 and P25-54 from 8p-11p, the best delivery for the time period since New Year's Eve. With this strong delivery, USA was the #1 cable network in Saturday Prime.

USA increased its ratings over the same week last year (2/07-2/13/05) by double-digits, gaining +37% in households, +59% in P18-34 delivery, +41% in P18-49 delivery, +32% in P25-54 delivery and +42% among total viewers (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
