Secret Lives of Women Season Two Scheduled to Premiere in August 2006
New York, NY, February 21, 2006 - WE: Women's Entertainment, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that its original series Secret Lives of Women will return for a second season in August 2006 with 12 new one-hour episodes. Secret Lives of Women is a documentary-style series that takes a very real look at women who dare to shock, challenge and push the envelope when it comes to today's cultural norms.
Today's announcement comes on the heels of the completion of season one of Secret Lives of Women, which garnered record ratings for WE. The series premiere on 12/13/06 (10p-11p) was the highest rated WE original series premiere ever, with a .45 HH RTG. Season one averaged a .35 HH RTG, with the highest rated premiere episode receiving a .50 HH RTG (1/17/06). These ratings contributed to a record month on WE. Jan06 was the best month in WE's history for Prime M-Su 8p-11p delivery of HH, W18-34, W18-49 and W25-54. Jan06 saw +105% more original telecasts on WE compared to Jan05.

"We are thrilled to have this series return for a second season and further expand our line-up of originals for 2006. We're committed to providing our viewers with original programming that offers unique insight into the lives of women."
Secret Lives of Women tells the compelling, entertaining and honest stories shared by women who often lead double lives. Each one-hour episode tackles a different topic, from women addicted to plastic surgery to women with secret obsessions.
WE's original programming increased 64% in 2005 compared to 2004, with six of the top 10 highest rated programs for the network in 2005 being originals. The second season of Secret Lives of Women joins a growing list of 2006 original programming, including Two Funny: Cotter & Louise, John Edward Cross Country, Skating's Next Star, the third season of the hit series Bridezilla's, and the recently announced USA TODAY/WE Weight-Loss Challenge.
