[via press release from FOX]

THE PERFORMANCES DON'T END WHEN "THE WAR AT HOME" FOLLOWS "AMERICAN IDOL" AT A SPECIAL TIME, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, ON FOX

After the girls from AMERICAN IDOL perform on Tuesday night, Larry (Kyle Sullivan) gives a SPELL-binding performance of his own in a special episode of THE WAR AT HOME Tuesday, Feb. 28 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In "How Do You Spell Relief?", Dave (Michael Rapaport) discovers a pregnancy test in the trash and suspects Hillary (Kaylee DeFer) only to find out that a depressed and out-of-work Vicky (Anita Barone) has gone off "the pill." Completely opposed to having another kid, Dave plays Mr. Fix-It, helping her to pursue job opportunities with lackluster results. Meanwhile, Larry throws himself into a spelling bee competition, and Mike's (Dean Collins) lazy streak forces him to buy Hillary's old book reports from the days when she had good grades.

In its regular competitive Sunday 8:30 PM time period, THE WAR AT HOME ranks No. 1 among Teens, Men 18-34 and Male Teens. THE WAR AT HOME ranks in the Top 10 programs among Male Teens (No. 6), Teens (No. 7 tie) and Men 18-34 (No. 9). The series ranks in the Top 20 among Persons 12-34 (No. 12 tie), Adults 18-34 (No. 18 tie) and Men 18-49 (No. 17 tie).

From ACME Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television Production Inc., THE WAR AT HOME is executive-produced by Mindy Schultheis, Michael Hanel and Rob Lotterstein.
