ABC Daytime and Sears to Launch a Five-City Mall Tour to Celebrate the First-Ever Hollywood Broadcast of "The 33rd Annual Daytime Emmy(R) Awards"

ABC DAYTIME AND SEARS TO LAUNCH A FIVE-CITY MALL TOUR TO CELEBRATE THE FIRST-EVER HOLLYWOOD BROADCAST OF �THE 33RD ANNUAL DAYTIME EMMY� AWARDS�

Fans Can Win Trips to Hollywood and Meet ABC Daytime Emmy Nominees

Mall Tour, Hosted by Bob Guiney, Supported by an Integrated Marketing and Promotional Campaign

ABC Daytime and Sear will launch a five-city mall tour to help build excitement for ABC�s live broadcast of �The 33rd Annual Daytime Emmy� Awards� from the Kodak Theatre. This is the first time in the history of the Daytime Emmys that the show will be broadcast from Hollywood. �The 33rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards� will air in primetime on FRIDAY, APRIL 28 (8:00 pm-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Mall tour events will consist of autograph signings, Q&A sessions and interactive games. Fans can also be photographed with an actual Emmy statuette. Throughout the day, participants at the malls may enter a red carpet sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip for two to Hollywood, VIP seating on the red carpet outside the Kodak Theater and a $1,000 Sears shopping spree. Fans also will have the opportunity to appear in national promos to air on ABC Daytime during the week of the awards show, April 24-28.

The mall tour is supported by local ABC affiliates, including on-air mentions during the daytime schedule, local radio advertising, as well as on abc.com.
