USA LEADING THE PACK INTO FINAL STRETCH OF 1Q06

NEW YORK -- March 21, 2006 -- USA Network's strong performance continued through the twelfth week of 1Q06 making the network #1 in basic cable prime among households (2.3 rating) P18-49 (1.2 million), P25-54 (1.2 million), and total viewers (2.8 million). With one week left in 1Q06, USA is on pace to be the quarter's highest rated and most watched network in basic cable prime among all key demos

USA was #1 for the week with nightly wins among P18-49 on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday thanks to strong performances from WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, NASHVILLE STAR, and MONK respectively.

USA's WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecast at 10p on Monday was the week's #1 basic cable prime program among households (4.2 rating), P18-49 (2.7 million), and P25-54 (2.4 million). With 5.3 million and 5.2 million total viewers respectively, WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 10p and 9p were also the top two programs in basic cable prime on Monday night among all key demos

USA was home to the top three basic cable prime telecasts for the week among households, P25-54, and total viewers, consisting of two hours of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW and the MONK Season Finale. These three telecasts on USA were the only basic cable programs of the week to average over 2 million P25-54.

Averaging 5.4 million total viewers, USA's MONK Season Finale was the most watched basic cable prime program of the week. In addition, MONK was #1 on Friday night among all key demos.

USA came in significantly above its ratings for the same week last year (3/14-3/20/05) in all key demos, up 19% in households, up 34% in P18-34 delivery, up 19% in P18-49 delivery, up 12% in P25-54 delivery, and up 18% among total viewers.
