USA ALSO TOPS FOR MARCH

NEW YORK, NY - March 28, 2006 - USA Network finished 1Q06 with the #1 rank in basic cable prime across the board in all key demos, delivering its largest audience for a first quarter in six years: households (2.2 ratings), P18-34 (0.5 million), P18-49 (1.2 million), P25-54 (1.2 million), and total viewers (2.6 million). (most current vs. pre-DVR data).

USA was also the #1 basic cable network in March 2006 Prime among P18-49 (1.1 million), P25-54 (1.1 million), and total viewers (2.6 million), and was the only basic cable network to average over 1 million P25-54 in Prime for the month.

USA's original and acquired series completely dominated the 1Q06 basic cable prime entertainment rankings, with 32 of the top 40 telecasts (P25-54) found on the network (6 episodes of MONK, 25 hours of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, and 1 episode of LAW & ORDER: SVU)

* USA's MONK on 1/20/06 was the #1 basic cable original series telecast for all of 1Q06 with 2.8 million P25-54. In addition, MONK was the #1 P25-54 program on each Friday night of the quarter when an original episode aired.

* WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW on USA accounted for more than half of the top 40 basic cable prime entertainment telecasts of the quarter among both P18-49 and P25-54. WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 9p and 10p were the top two programs in basic cable prime on every Monday night of the quarter among households (4.2 1Q06 rating average), P25-54 (2.4 million 1Q06 average), and total viewers (5.3 million 1Q06 average). In addition, USA was the #1 network on every Monday night of the quarter among households, P18-34, P18-49, and total viewers.
