USA CONTINUES ITS WINNING STREAK IN SECOND QUARTER AS #1 NETWORK

NEW YORK, NY - April 4, 2006 - Fresh off of a 1Q win across the board, USA Network began the second quarter of 2006 as the #1 network in basic cable prime for the week among key demos P18-34 (0.6 million), P18-49 (1.2 million) and P25-54 (1.1 million). USA earned its first place rank with nightly wins among both P18-49 and P25-54 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights last week.

USA was home to three of the top ten basic cable prime telecasts for the week among P25-54, consisting of Monday's telecast of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT at 10p on Saturday. Despite the number of basic cable original series telecasts airing this week, USA's WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts were the only programs to average over 2 million P25-54.

- With 5.5 million and 5 million total viewers respectively, WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW at 10p and 9p on Monday were the top two telecasts of the week in all key demos, including households, P18-49, P25-54 and total viewers.

- With WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW success, USA was the #1 basic cable network in Monday prime among households (3.4 rating), total viewers (4 million), P18-49 (2 million) and P25-54 (1.8 million). This was the 25th Monday in a row that USA was #1 among key demos total viewers and P18-49.

- USA's Saturday 10p episode of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT ranked as the top basic cable acquired series telecast of the week with 1.5 million P18-49 and 1.5 million P25-54.

- The strength of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT gave USA the #1 rank on Saturday night among P18-34 (0.5 million), P18-49 (1.2 million) and P25-54 (1.2 million).
