USA Network Continues Its Hold on #1

USA NETWORK CONTINUES ITS HOLD ON #1

NEW YORK -- May 2, 2006 -- USA was the #1 network in basic cable prime for April 2006 among all key demos, with a 2.1 household rating and an average of 0.5 million P18-34, 1.1 million P18-49, 1.1 million P25-54, and 2.5 million total viewers. Having established itself as #1 for 1Q 2006, USA continues its dominance as television's top basic cable network in television.

USA's dominance in April was earned by strong performances from WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW, and the continued strength of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, with eleven of the top thirty P25-54 basic cable prime telecasts of April 2006 belonging to USA.

� WWE RAW telecasts ranked as the top ten telecasts in basic cable prime for April 2006 among households, P18-49, P25-54, and total viewers, and were the only programs of the month to earn over 2 million viewers in the key P25-54 demo. WWE gave USA the #1 rank in basic cable prime on each Monday of April 2006 among households, P18-49, P25-54, and total viewers. In addition, WWE telecasts at 10p and 9p were the top two programs in basic cable prime on each Monday of April 2006 among households, P25-54, and total viewers.

� April 2006 was the most watched month of April for USA Network in seven years (since April 1999) in the key P25-54 demo. In addition, this was the most watched April for USA in six years (since April 2000) among households, P18-34, P18-49, and total viewers.

USA's April dominance also saw the Network earn significant year-to-year growth in all key demos, with a 14% increase in household cvg rtgs, a 30% increase in P18-34 delivery, a 16% increase in P18-49 delivery, an 8% increase in P25-54 delivery, and a 15% increase in P2+ delivery (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
