BRAVO ANNOUNCES YEAR ROUND PROGRAMMING AND DEVELOPMENT SLATE FOCUSING ON COMPETITION AND PERSONALITY DRIVEN SERIES

NEW COMPETITIVE REALITY SERIES "WAR OF THE WIVES"(WORKING TITLE) PICKED UP FOR SIX EPISODE CYCLE, PLUS FIVE NEW SERIES IN DEVELOPMENT

"JOAN RIVERS: CAN WE DISH?" (WORKING TITLE) MARKS BRAVO'S FIRST FORAY INTO THE TALK SHOW GENRE

NEW YORK -- May 10, 2006 -- Bravo announces a year round development and production slate, kicking-off with the series pick up of "War of the Wives" (working title), a new competition reality series playing couples against each other, for a six episode cycle. In addition, five new series in development have been ordered, focusing on both competition reality and personality driven series, which have become the cornerstones of the network's recent success. Series in development includes Bravo's entry into new territory with a talk show format, and a series of stand-up comedy specials featuring the industry's most renowned comediennes. The announcement was made today by Lauren Zalaznick, President, Bravo.

"Bravo's ongoing success in delivering hit shows centers around unveiling the creative process through charismatic and talented personalities," said Zalaznick. "Our shows are broadly entertaining, but also aspirational. And whether you love or hate them, our personalities are addictive to watch."

COMPETITION REALITY SERIES:

"War of the Wives"

Each week, two experts in their field will teach two amateurs everything they need to know about their job and prepare them for a head-to-head competition. The catch? The amateurs they are training are their spouses. From cooking to stand-up comedy, event planning to poker, the spouses will have to absorb their partner's coaching without killing them and somehow go from total beginner to total professional in just 48-hours, with the winning couple walking away with $20,000.

"Heads Up"

"Heads Up" will pit sixteen of the most talented hairstylists in the country against each other in weekly challenges to see who has the skills to work for a leading international stylist. Filled with talented, flamboyant personalities, highly creative challenges and the most remarkable do's since Marie Antoinette or Don King, "Heads Up" will change the way you look at hair and the people who style it.

"The Inn Crowd"

Owning your own business has long been the American dream and no other business has been more dreamt about than owning a bed and breakfast. A new competition/docu-drama hybrid series, "The Inn Crowd," will help one lucky team get the chance of a lifetime as they compete to win their own inn located in one of America's premier resort destinations. Over the course of six one-hour episodes, the teams will be given a series of challenges including remodeling the inn's interior, creating an amazing three-course meal, providing entertainment and treating their guests like royalty, all done to impress a prestigious panel of judge.

"Top Decorator"

"Top Decorator" is a new one-hour eight episode competition series searching for the next great American interior designer. Through a series of weekly pressure-filled challenges testing creativity, ingenuity and interpersonal skills, contestants will be competing for cash to start their own design firm and a spot in one of New York's finest designer showcases. Contestants will be drawn together from all walks of life and will possess a range of skills and training.

PERSONALITY DRIVEN SERIES:

"Joan Rivers: Can We Dish?" (working title)

Bravo breaks new ground with its first ever pop-culture talk show. For the first time in more than a decade, Joan Rivers is returning to host her own talk show. Featuring Joan unleashed with a trio of male sidekicks, "Joan Rivers: Can We Dish?" will blend her trademark outrageousness with a sophisticated and topical take on the latest pop culture news. From politics to Hollywood, personal interest stories to fashion, Joan and her crew will take on one hot-button issue after another in front of their studio audience. Celebrity guests will also join the mix to offer their two cents on the topics that everyone has been talking about during the past week. The end result will be a free-flowing and fabulous discussion that is entertaining, enlightening and designed to feel like the world's hippest and funniest water-cooler discussion.

Stand-Up Comedy Specials featuring the Queens of Comedy:

Bravo will present a series of stand-up specials featuring the premier female comics of today. The first group of comediennes to take the stage include the outrageous Joan Rivers; host of "The Biggest Loser" Caroline Rhea; and funny girl Paula Poundstone, with her first televised stand-up special in 10 years.
