USA NETWORK GREENLIGHTS TELEVISION PILOT "TO LOVE AND DIE IN L.A."

Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video to Executive Produce

LOS ANGELES, CA July 13, 2006 - USA Network has given a cast-contingent green light to the ninety-minute pilot TO LOVE AND DIE IN L.A. The project is penned and co-executive produced by Sara Goodman ("Reunion") alongside Broadway Video's Lorne Michaels ("Saturday Night Live," "30 Rock," "Sons & Daughters") and JoAnn Alfano ("30 Rock," "Sons & Daughters"). David Kanter ("Crime & Punishment") will serve as executive producer and Andrew Singer ("Sons & Daughters") will serve as producer. The pilot will be produced by NBC Universal Television Studio.

"We fell in love with this project right away -- and Sarah delivered a great, great script," said Jeff Wachtel, USA's executive vice president, original programming. "A unique character, a fun franchise, a distinctive voice -- we think this show has all the elements to be another building block in our successful original programming strategy."

TO LOVE AND DIE IN L.A. is about a young woman with abandonment issues who is convinced that her dating problems will be resolved if she can track down the father she never knew. When she finds him and discovers that he's a contract killer, her relationship issues not only begin to make sense, she also realizes that she may have found a new career path.

Previously announced projects in development include:

BURN NOTICE

When spies get fired, they don't get a letter from human resources instead they get a "burn notice" and become untouchable. Having no idea what or who triggered his notice, Michael Weston is determined to find out the reason for his sudden termination. Unable to utilize his normal contacts and needing to stay under the spy network radar, he funds his ongoing personal investigation by creatively using his Special Ops training to help those whom the police can't or won't. BURN NOTICE, a one-hour series, is executive produced by Mikkel Bondesen ("Cock & Bull," Catch That Kid") and written and co-executive produced by Matt Nix ("Cock & Bull") with Fox Television Studios and Fuse Entertainment producing.

HUNTING RABBETS

Jack and Bobby Rabbet are hard luck brothers who operate a failing repossession business. When Bobby neglects to pay their taxes, a secret government agency confronts the Rabbets with an ultimatum: go to prison, or work off the debt. Now, as unofficial government employees, Jack and Bobby must use their repo skills to search America for classified items the government cannot admit it has lost. HUNTING RABBETS is an original film in association with WWE Films, written and produced by Alex Taub ("Kevin Hill," "Judging Amy," "Felicity").
