Sunny Bridges: Bankhead to Buckhead Reveals History of Fictional Star of Andr� �3000� Benjamin series Class of 3000

�Mockumentary� Airs Friday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. (ET, PT) on Cartoon Network

Well-known faces from the world of music and sports uncover the phenomenal music career of fictional character Sunny Bridges in the Cartoon Network �mockumentary,� Sunny Bridges: Bankhead to Buckhead. Sunny�s fans and celebrity friends, including Maroon 5, Norah Jones, The Hives and pro-athletes Serena Williams, Dwyane Wade (Miami Heat) and Mike Vick (Atlanta Falcons) take a moment to reflect on his music and the impact it has had on their lives. Narrated by young sensation Bobbe�J Thompson (Idlewild), Sunny Bridges: Bankhead to Buckhead premieres Friday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. (ET, PT).

Sunny Bridges is the world famous music star from Cartoon Network�s new animated series Class of 3000 who leaves a life of fame and reconnects with his love of music by becoming a music teacher. The series was created and executive produced by Andr� �3000� Benjamin (OutKast) and Tom Lynch (Romeo!). Class of 3000 premieres Friday, Nov. 3, at 8 p.m. (ET, PT). A premiere event from Atlanta�s historic Fox Theatre, featuring a performance by Chris Brown, kicks-off the night at 7 p.m. (ET, PT).

In addition to his creative responsibilities � including production, writing contributions, and voice, music and visual direction � Andr� �3000� Benjamin will lend his voice talent to the lead character, Sunny Bridges.

Class of 3000 is produced by Cartoon Network Studios in association with the Tom Lynch Co. and Benjamin�s production company, Moxie. Twelve half-hours and a one-hour premiere are in production at Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, Calif. The show�s co-executive producer and head writer is Patric M. Verrone, a writer for Futurama, The Critic and Pinky and the Brain and a supervising producer on Futurama. Joe Horne (The Boondocks, Teamo Supremo, The Oblongs) serves as supervising producer.

Andr� �3000� Benjamin is best known as one half of the Grammy-winning musical group OutKast. His acting career includes roles in feature films Idlewild; Four Brothers, starring Mark Wahlberg; Be Cool, starring John Travolta; and Hollywood Homicide, featuring Harrison Ford. He also lends his voice to the upcoming film Charlotte�s Web, which blends live-action and animation. Moxie, his Atlanta-based production company, develops original feature films as well as episodic television.

Tom Lynch has been an innovator in the field of kids, tween and teen programming for the past 20 years. His groundbreaking debut series, KIDS Incorporated, was the first variety show for youngsters, and his series The Secret World of Alex Mack was both the first series created for tweens and the first show to feature a tween girl as its central character. Since then, Lynch has continued to blaze new trails with such original programs as the Emmy-nominated Scout�s Safari (filmed in South Africa) and Romeo!, starring the real life musician Romeo and his father, music mogul Master P.
