Television Network Unveils Dynamic Marketing and Programming Partnership With Leading Wedding Resource

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 -- In an historic marriage uniting two of the nation's preeminent media providers, Style Network, THE destination for women 18-49 with a passion for the best in relatable and inspiring lifestyle programming, today announced an extensive programming and marketing agreement with The Knot, the leading online wedding media company and go to source for advice on today's weddings.

"The Knot and Style complement each other perfectly. We both aspire to provide our audiences with great stories, helpful information and celebrate the beauty, drama and reality of weddings," said Suzanne Kolb, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications, E! Networks. "I believe this is one of those partnerships that our audience will cheer."

"With its fresh and innovative lifestyle programming Style is the perfect home for us," said David Liu, CEO of The Knot. "We are thrilled to have such a brand appropriate venue to deliver the stylish inspiration The Knot is known for to our loyal audience and beyond."

The partnership will feature multiple programming components including specials, stunts and interstitials. The alliance will begin this December during Style's "White Wedding" stunt featuring the best of nuptial-based programming found on the network. Interstitials chronicling real life stories taken from TheKnot.com will air throughout the two week stunt; popular TV personality and editor in chief of The Knot, Carley Roney, will offer insider tips and commentary for the new destination wedding series, "Married Away."

The partnership will continue with the debut of "My Celebrity Wedding by The Knot" in Q1 2007. The new spin-off special of the hit Style series, "My Celebrity Home," will showcase a wedding inspired by a celebrity ceremony -- but on a real bride's budget -- planned by the wedding style gurus at The Knot.

In June 2007, during Style's Third-Annual "21 Day Wedding Party," The Knot will host a special highlighting the best in bridal straight from the runway. Finally, June 2007 will mark the kickoff of the second annual "Diamond du Jour Sweepstakes" offering Style viewers and The Knot users the chance to win their own bling daily. More details about the sweepstakes will be announced shortly.

Both Style and The Knot will co-promote all aspects of this extensive partnership on air, online via Stylenetwork.com, Eonline.com, TheKnot.com, TheNest.com, WeddingChannel.com and in print with "THE KNOT Weddings" magazine and The Nest magazine.
