Episode Airing at 12 Noon Features Special Christmas Theme, Bringing All the Dysfunctional Joy of the Holidays to G4 Homes Everywhere

Los Angeles � December 19, 2006 � G4 viewers looking for some good old dysfunctional holiday cheer this Christmas will get their wish�in spades�with an 11-hour ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT marathon beginning at 9:00 Christmas morning, only on G4. The network will air 22 back-to-back half-hour episodes of the Emmy� Award-winning comedy, featuring everyone�s favorite neurosis-riddled family, the Bluths. The episode airing at 12 noon even features a special Christmas theme, complete with prison, pageant and an embarrassing codpiece. The ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT Christmas marathon begins Monday, December 25 at 9:00 AM ET/PT and runs until 8:00 PM ET/PT.

Awarded the 2004 Emmy� Award as Outstanding Comedy Series, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT stars Jason Bateman as Michael Bluth, the put-upon scion of the quirky Bluth family, who has to hold things together when his father, George Bluth (Jeffrey Tambor), is jailed for fraud. The family�s lunatic fringe includes alcoholic mother Lucille (Jessica Walter), cause-obsessed daughter Lindsay (Portia De Rossi) and older brother �Gob� (Will Arnett), a struggling magician.

The ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT Christmas marathon will feature 22 episodes from the first season of the groundbreaking show. In the episode airing at 12 Noon on Christmas Day, the Bluth family�s attorney wants to arrange George Sr.�s release from prison for the Christmas holiday; Michael and Lindsay want to get rid of the family attorney by arranging a date between him and their manipulative mother; and Michael�s son George-Michael must wear an embarrassing codpiece in a pageant.

G4 locked up the post-broadcast cable rights to the series, which began airing on the network in September. ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT regularly airs on G4 Monday through Friday at 11:30 PM (ET/PT).
