launch of "South Park Mobile," a newly developed application that enables
mobile users to access the network's Emmy Award-winning content from a
central hub on their wireless devices. The "South Park Mobile" application
will be available cross-carrier later this year.

Park Studios to provide fans with a constant connection to the "South Park"

allows users to build their own avatar to be displayed on the message
boards and within their personal profiles, fresh video content updated
weekly and delivered through a built-in media player, production blogs from
South Park Studios, exclusive news, Q&A's with show creators Parker and
Stone and other key players, flipbooks from exclusive "South Park" events,
favorite episodes, as well as storyboard art and behind-the-scenes photos.
In addition, "South Park Mobile" will contain the ultimate Episode
Guide featuring video, plot synopses and premium content from every episode
of all 10 seasons of "South Park." Finally, the "South Park Mobile" store
will allow users to preview and purchase games, ringtones and wallpapers.
