NEW YORK � March 20, 2007 � "Access Hollywood's" Nancy O'Dell and Tim Vincent will host the live telecast from the Kodak Theatre in the famed 'glamour capital' of the world, Hollywood, on Friday, March 23 at 9-11 p.m. ET/PT. Joining the celebrity-judging panel for the 2007 Miss USA� Pageant, Vince Young; NFL Quarter-back for the Tennessee Titans.

As previously announced Bravo's "Blowout" star, Jonathan Antin; Los Angeles Lakers owner, real estate tycoon Dr. Jerry Buss; "E! News" Co-Host Giuliana De Pandi; MTV's "Total Request Live" VJ and "Entertainment Tonight" Correspondent Vanessa Minnillo; President and Creative Director, Baby Phat Kimora Lee Simmons; and Jerry Springer host of NBC'S hit show "America's Got Talent" will headline the celebrity-judging panel.

The 56th Annual Miss USA� Pageant, where Miss USA 2006 Tara Conner will crown her successor at the conclusion of the two-hour primetime telecast, makes a return to Los Angeles after airing the last two years live from Baltimore, Maryland.

Miss USA travels the nation as an advocate for breast and ovarian cancer awareness, education, research, and legislation. Each contestant from 50 states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview.

O'Dell serves as the co-anchor of "Access Hollywood," the daily entertainment newsmagazine currently in its 11th season of providing the most comprehensive coverage of entertainment news and personalities on television. She was part of "Access Hollywood's" on-air team when the show launched in 1996, serving as weekend co-anchor and weekday correspondent. An award-winning journalist, O'Dell has been honored with three Associated Press Awards, two Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Awards, and is a six-time Emmy Award nominee. In addition, she was nominated two years in a row (1999 and 2000) for the prestigious Publicist Guild of America's Press Award, recognizing excellence in entertainment reporting. O'Dell was Miss South Carolina 1987.

Vincent is the New York correspondent for "Access Hollywood" Vincent joined the show in January of 2005, coming to the show after 15 years of broadcasting in the UK. In addition to his duties at "Access Hollywood," Vincent also contributes to NBC's top-rated morning news program "Today," and has provided commentary on CNN's "Larry King Live." Vincent began his broadcasting career as the youngest-ever presenter on "Blue Peter," a BAFTA award-winning BBC children's program. He then moved on for two seasons of BBC 1's "The Clothes Show," while simultaneously hosting three seasons of the network's BAFTA award-winning show, "Short Change." In 2000, Vincent played an integral part of BBC 1's coverage of the Millennium New Year, hosting 36 hours of live television coverage from Wales to a worldwide audience.
