NEW YORK, March 20 -- MTV, a division of MTV Networks, a unit of Viacom (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), announced today that Andy Milonakis is returning to his digital roots for the launch of the upcoming third season of The Andy Milonakis Show which will premiere on a wide variety of digital platforms - including iTunes Store (http://www.iTunes.com), Amazon Unbox, AOL Video, MTV Mobile, MTV On Demand, MTV2.com, Wal-Mart Video Downloads and Xbox LIVE Marketplace for Xbox 360 - all prior to the show's on- air MTV2 debut on April 27th. This digital premiere and programming strategy is a first for MTV. Milonakis, originally discovered and became an overnight sensation on the internet, is a perfect fit for this strategy as it taps into and utilizes the power of the web and the show's extremely savvy fan base.

Inspired by the original digital shorts Andy created on his way to becoming an internet phenomenon, The Andy Milonakis Show explores what it's like to live inside of his crazy head. During the week of March 20th through March 27th, iTunes will exclusively offer the premiere episode of the third season of The Andy Milonakis Show as a free download, the entire season as a package for $9.99 and individual episodes for $1.99. Beginning on March 27th, individual episodes from the third season of The Andy Milonakis Show will also be available for purchase via Amazon Unbox, AOL Video (http://video.aol.com), Wal-Mart Video Downloads, and Xbox Live Marketplace for $1.99 per episode. In addition, MTV Mobile, MTV2.com and MTV On Demand will be rolling out one episode per week of The Andy Milonakis Show beginning the week of March 27th. In addition, MTV Mobile will also be offering exclusive Andy Milonakis voicetones as part of our MTV Mobile ringtones subscription package which starts at $5.99 a month. The Andy Milonakis Show linear premiere on MTV2 is slated for April 27th. As a special treat for true Andy Milonakis fans, viewers will be directed to a secret URL that will unlock Andy Milonakis "secret shows" during each episode airing on MTV2. This innovative premiere and programming strategy includes an expansive promotional viral video campaign prior to the digital launch of the third season of The Andy Milonakis Show.

The Andy Milonakis Show, the absurd comedy series on MTV and MTV2, began with young Andy stuck at home in his apartment on New York's Lower East Side as he interacted with his dog, his neighbors, and various inanimate objects. Now, in its third season, Andy takes his hilarious hijinks out west to Los Angeles for six brand new episodes and he's even got a new shirt!
