Host Shandi Finnessey Brings Dance Trainer Brian Fortuna with her to Host
Live Game Show
SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 29 -- GSN's late night live
call- in trivia game, "quiznation," will feature Shandi Finnessey and her
"Dancing with the Stars" partner Brian Fortuna giving away cash and prizes
this Friday, March 30 (12:00 - 2:00 AM, ET).
"Brian is master of the dance floor without a doubt and I love that he
has expressed an interest in seeing what it is like to host a live game
show," said Finnessey. "I'm excited to have him come see my world and we
have a lot of 'Playmaniacs' in Philadelphia, which is Brian's home town, so
it is sure to be a fun night."
Finnessey, a native of St. Louis, is dedicated to helping children and
people with disabilities and is diligent in her work to promote inclusion
of mentally challenged individuals into mainstream classrooms. Her proudest
achievement is her published children's book on this very subject titled
The Furrtails, to which Infinity Publishing awarded the distinguished AWMAD
for Authors Who Make a Difference. She is currently working on her second
children's book titled Suzanna the Banana.
"quiznation" features a variety of letter, number and word games where
viewers compete for cash and prizes by entering through text messaging,
GSN.com or calling 900/773-3333. This is an updated version of the original
"Playmania" program, which debuted in April last year.
