KIDS' WB! ON THE CW ADDS NEW ANIMATED ACTION-ADVENTURE SERIES TO 2007-2008 LINEUP

Top-Rated Saturday Morning Kids Broadcast Network Bolsters Slate With "Eon Kid," "Magi-Nation," "World of Quest" and "Will & Dewitt" to Complement New Spider-Man Series & Returning Warner Bros. Favorites

BURBANK, CA (MARCH 29, 2007) -- Kids' WB! on The CW, the No.1 rated Saturday morning kids broadcast slate, will add five new animated series to its 2007-2008 lineup, it was announced today by Kids' WB! Senior Vice President and General Manager Betsy McGowen.

In addition to the previously announced all-new "Spider-Man" animated series, Kids' WB! will welcome new adventure shows -- the CG-animated "Eon Kid," the multi-platform enhanced "Magi-Nation," and the action/comedy "World of Quest" -- as well as a series of self-discovery for the younger set, "Will & Dewitt."

"The Kids' WB! core audience thrives on heightened levels of action and adventure, and these new series promise to take our fans into realms they couldn't have imagined," McGowen said. "Each has its unique nuances, and yet all share a penchant for harrowing thrills, heroic feats and ultimate engagements between the forces of good and evil."

Season to date for the 2006-2007 campaign, Kids' WB! has six of the top 10 rated shows among broadcast networks on Saturday mornings in the Kids 2-11, Boys 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Boys 9-14 demographics. The new series include:

"Eon Kid" brings adventure to the life of Marty, an enterprising 11-year-old who unexpectedly becomes the human extension of the Fist of Eon. Seemingly lost for all time, the Fist endows Marty with amazing fighting powers -- but puts him at the heart of a centuries-old struggle between good and evil. Pursued by the dark armies of The General, Marty must undertake a hero's journey of action, adventure, comedy and self-discovery into an eye-popping world of battle-bots, bounty hunters, legendary warriors and humanoid bandits. Premiering in Fall 2007, "Eon Kid" is produced in state-of-the-art, computer-generated television animation by Daiwon C&A Holdings Co., Design Storm Co., BRB International and Manga Entertainment, and distributed by Starz Media.

Adventure and comedy make perfect partners when a spoiled young prince is unevenly paired with a square-jawed hero to defeat evil and restore order to their kingdom in "World of Quest." When his parents are kidnapped by the nefarious Lord Spite, pampered Prince Nestor enlists the assistance of Quest, the planet's greatest warrior. Quest is the only hero with enough strength, skill and courage to wield the Shatter Soul Sword, which is the only weapon that can defeat Lord Spite. However, the Sword is missing -- and the prince, warrior and villain are all on a desperate mission to find it. Based on the Komikwerks graphic novel series by Jason Kruse, "World of Quest" is produced by Cookie Jar Entertainment and premieres within the Kids' WB! lineup in Fall 2007.

"Magi-Nation" follows the adventures of teenager Tony Jones, whose world is forever changed when he is mystically transported into a beautiful world far beyond imagination that was created a millennia ago by a powerful race known as the Magi. Here Tony meets Edyn and Strag, two young Magi heroes in training, who help him discover his vast new magical environment. However, all is not perfect in Tony's new world as the Moonlands of Magi-Nation are threatened by the evil Shadow Magi. It's up to this young trio and their vast collection of Dream Creatures to thwart the evildoers' plans and protect their world.

A multi-platform entertainment brand, kids enter the fantastic world of "Magi-Nation" via the 2D animated television series. From there, fans can experience the continuing action of the three young Magi heroes via the Internet as they navigate their way through environmental obstacles and confront the constant challenges and creatures that threaten the vitality of the 12 precious Moonlands of Magi-Nation. "Magi-Nation" is produced by Cookie Jar Entertainment and Daewon Media (Korea). It premieres on Kids' WB! in Fall 2007.

Turning from action to self-discovery and personal accomplishment, "Will & Dewitt" proves that sometimes the little victories are the greatest. Will is an everyday little kid with an endless thirst for big kid adventure. But he needs direction. Enter Dewitt, his talking frog and personal "life coach," Dewitt's a frog and then some -- a green ball of shape-shifting optimism to guide Will toward his destiny of discovering that all things are possible. Where there's Will, Dewitt is the way. Premiering in Fall 2007 on Kids' WB!, "Will & Dewitt" is produced by Cookie Jar Entertainment.

Also coming in early 2008 to Kids' WB! is a new "Spider-Man" animated series from Culver Entertainment. The series picks up the original web-slinger's mythology at the beginning of his hero's journey -- as a not-so-typical 16-year-old entering his junior year of high school. Having spent the summer engaging common criminals with his new-found powers, Peter Parker must conceal his secret identity while engaging a new level of terror -- the multi-leveled pressures of teenage life at home and school while combating bigger, badder super-villains in the real world. Greg Weisman ("Gargoyles") is supervising producer and Victor Cook ("Hellboy: Blood and Iron") is producer/supervising director. Premiere is slated for early 2008 on Kids' WB!

Kids' WB! previously announced re-ups on four returning Warner Bros. Animation series. Back this fall for second seasons are "Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!" the top-rated Saturday morning animated broadcast series, and the popular "Tom and Jerry Tales." Also returning for its second season is "Legion of Super Heroes," recently named Wizard magazine's "Best Animated Series" of 2006. In addition, three-time Daytime Emmy Award winner "The Batman" has begun production on its fourth season. All four series begin new seasons in Fall 2007.

Cookie Jar Entertainment's "Johnny Test," one of Saturday morning's top performing broadcast series, will also return to Kids' WB! for its third season beginning in Fall 2007.

A leader in children's programming, Kids' WB! continues to be a unique destination for kids. Kids' WB!, now airing on The CW Network, has been the broadcast home for such cornerstone hits as the blockbusters "Pokmon" and "Yu-Gi-Oh!," Emmy Award-winners "Xiaolin Showdown" and "The Batman," culturally diverse series "Jackie Chan Adventures" and "Mucha Lucha! Gigante," and breakout hits "Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get A Clue!" and "Legion of Super Heroes," among other favorites.
