TV Guide Channel Renews Signature Series �WATCH THIS!� and Signs a New Co-Host

LOS ANGELES -- TV Guide Channel�, a leading entertainment network providing original programming to over 80 million homes, has renewed its signature series WATCH THIS! for a second season and signed Nikki Boyer (former host of �Perfect Proposal�) to co-host with veteran host John Henson.

Updates for this season of WATCH THIS! include a new set, updated graphics and added show segments that continue to guide viewers to the hottest shows on primetime television. The new show segments include in-studio interviews with industry experts on the latest TV trends, and �The Watch List,� which takes a look at the top entertainment news stories while Henson provides his comedic twist. The show also includes a look at the hottest entertainment stories of the day, celebrity interviews, the latest TV shows released on DVD and the hosts� top picks of the night.

Boyer lends her sassy commentary to each segment with Henson. She is a �modern renaissance girl� who began her career on the WB�s �Kids Club.� At the young age of 15, she won three Emmy Awards. She made the move to Hollywood in 1998 where she began singing and writing with her band, The Spirit Theory. In 2003, she continued her television career as the host of the popular show, �Perfect Proposal� on TLC.

Airing every Monday and Wednesday thru Friday at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT, WATCH THIS! breaks down the nightly programming schedule into easy-to-follow guidance blocks. As always, Henson continues to bring his irreverent brand of humor to this one hour guide of what�s best in prime-time television.
