"Mind of Mencia" is based on stand-up headliner Carlos Mencia's hard-hitting and brutally honest humor, which he's been refining over years on the stand-up circuit. Carlos has an opinion on everything -- from the biggest world events to the smallest pet peeves -- and isn't afraid to let everyone know it.
