Every Weekend Chiller Offers Viewers More Of Their Favorite Movies and Series

BURBANK, Calif. - May 1, 2007 � Weekends in May on Chiller will be unforgettable, with the Chiller Frightmare every Friday and Saturday at 9pm (ET) offering viewers the best horror movies. Chiller provides a lineup of quality programming that will keep viewers in suspense from Mother's Day to Memorial Day.

The Chiller Frightmare is back every Friday and Saturday night at 9pm (ET) offering viewers the best of classic horror movie favorites. For instance, Chiller premieres two classics the first Friday and Saturday of the month with Misery airing commercial-free on May 4 at 9pm and 12am (ET), then Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train on May 5 at 9pm and 12am (ET). Other features include a May 11 showing of Michael Crichton's thriller Coma starring Michael Douglas at 9pm and 12am (ET), Psycho II on May 18 at 9pm and 12:30am (ET) and lastly Anthony Hopkins as the legendary Hannibal Lecter in the Chiller premiere of Red Dragon on May 19 at 9pm and 12am (ET).

On a Mother Lode of Chills Sunday event Chiller honors Mother's Day with a day full of May 13th special events. Start the day's celebration with a double feature of Bad Seed at 11:30am (ET) and Demon Seed at 2pm (ET), then let Freddy show you his adoration of motherhood with a special episode of Freddy's Nightmares at 5pm (ET). Leave It to Beaver's Barbara Billingsley launches a two-hour block of TV moms in Monsters at 6pm (ET), followed by Married...with Children's Katey Sagal in Tales from the Crypt at 6:30pm (ET), Happy Days' Marion Ross in Alfred Hitchcock Presents at 7pm (ET) and Brothers & Sisters' Sally Field in Night Gallery at 7:30pm (ET). The most frightening mamas boy of all, Norman Bates, closes out the day in Psycho (1998) at 8pm and 12:30am (ET) followed by the Chiller premiere of Psycho II starring Anthony Perkins at 10pm and 2:30am (ET).

Chiller helps viewers battle good versus evil during a weekend loaded with legendary pop culture heroes and villains. Evil is at its finest as Norman Bates kicks off the weekend with Psycho II on Friday, May 18 at 9pm and 12:30am (ET). The series Good Vs. Evil airs in a four-hour block beginning at 2pm (ET) on Saturday, May 19. The Saturday line-up also includes a delectable dinner with Hannibal at 9pm (ET) in Red Dragon, then enjoy a late-night treat with two classic Universal films, Dracula (1931) at 2:30am (ET) and House of Dracula at 4am (ET).

The 3-day experience ends on Sunday, May 20 with an evening of true legends. A few scary Tales from the Crypt brings viewers appearances from renowned heroes, lead by Superman himself, Christopher Reeve at 7pm (ET), a second episode at 7:30pm (ET) featuring Adam (Batman) West and the man that can make most people wake-up in a cold sweat � Robert (Freddy Krueger) Englund in Freddy's Nightmares at 8pm (ET). Continue watching for another well-known Batman figure, Michael Keaton in Pacific Heights at 9pm (ET), Frank (Riddler) Gorshin in Monsters at 11pm (ET) and a return appearance from Christopher Reeve alongside Mark (Star Wars) Hamill in Village of the Damned at 12am (ET).

Viewers beware of bad neighborhoods on Friday, May 25 when Chiller runs a series of cautionary tales to house hunters starting with Village of the Damned (1960) at 11am and 4pm (ET), People Under the Stairs at 1pm (ET) and Pacific Heights at 9pm and 12am (ET).

Chiller conjures up bad memories during Memorial Day weekend. Fans will be haunted by the The Swarm at 12pm (ET) and Nightmares at 2pm (ET). The most frightening memories are yet to come in Misery at 9pm and 12am (ET) Saturday night and with Psycho II on Sunday, May 27 at 1:30m and 9pm (ET). Experience more disturbing memories with the Cryptkeeper and array of your favorite stars in a Tales from the Crypt marathon from 10am to 3pm and 4pm to 8pm (ET). A few of featured appearances will include Michael J. Fox, Kyle MacLachlan, Whoopi Goldberg, Anthony LaPaglia, Kirk Douglas and Dan Aykroyd. At 9pm (ET) Billy Zane finishes out the weekend in Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight.

Sunday, May 27 isn't complete until Chiller gives an honorary late-night Happy Birthday tribute to a horror-film icon, Vincent Price. Check out Price as he stars in The Invisible Man Returns at 12am and 3:30am (ET) as well as classic episodes of Night Gallery at 2am, 2:30am and again at 5:30am (ET).
