Lauren Conrad Walks Down Memory Lane with 2-Hour Special "The Hills: Lauren Looks Back" Premiering December 9 at 12PM ET/PT

MTV and the ladies of the hit series "The Hills" invite viewers behind the velvet ropes to celebrate the highly anticipated third season finale on Monday, December 10, beginning at 8 PM ET with special event, "The Hills Finale: Live in Hollywood." Broadcasting live from LA hotspot Area, MTV will give fans an opportunity to get up close and personal with the cast like never before, while giving viewers a chance to catch up on the latest drama of the last few episodes. The night will culminate with the ladies of "The Hills" making an announcement that will leave fans wanting more!

Giving fans unprecedented access to a live season finale, MTV will fly in up to 40 Hills devotees from the U.S. and Canada as a part of "The Hills Biggest Fan Contest" which asks fans to submit videos on why they are crazy about the series. Winners selected will jet set to Los Angeles to get VIP treatment at the big event on December 10. Viewers can continue to make submissions at www.hillsfan.mtv.com through December 3.

Before the big night, on December 9 at 12 PM ET/PT, Lauren Conrad takes a trip down memory lane to revisit some of the most significant choices she's made - in love and life during "The Hills: Lauren Looks Back." From her senior year at Laguna Beach High to her current life working at Teen Vogue and living in the Hollywood Hills, the 2-hour special is a video scrapbook of Lauren coming-of-age. Featuring footage from both hit series, "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills," Lauren narrates her story, reflecting on her wistful, yet complicated romance with Stephen Colletti, her tumultuous relationship with Jason Wahler and her present-day dizzying flirtations with Brody Jenner.

"The Hills Finale: Live In Hollywood" Pre-Show - 8:00 PM ET

Fans will get a look at their favorite cast members as they strut on the red carpet while simultaneously checking out www.thehills.mtv.com which will offer exclusive photos, interviews and live blogging from the event. During the pre-show fans can also catch up to the most recent drama leading up to the season finale with the latest three latest episodes. From Heidi's hesitation to walk down the aisle, to Spencer's sister reading Lauren the riot act, to Audrina and Justin Bobby's emotional breakup, fans will be primed for the long-awaited season finale.

In the season ender, Whitney gets an offer to work in Paris, Lauren struggles to figure out where her relationship with Brody stands before she can move on, and wedding disputes put Heidi and Spencer's future in jeopardy.

Popular "After Show" hosts Jessi Cruickshank and Dan Levy will be on hand to get reactions from the cast immediately following the season finale. Fans will have the opportunity to ask the probing questions on everyone's minds and before the televised live event ends, the ladies will make an exciting announcement. Beginning at 11:00 PM ET, the party with the cast will continue live at www.thehills.mtv.com.
