JORDIN SPARKS STAYS UP LATE TO ROCK THE HOUSE ON "TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN" SATURDAY, JANUARY 19, ON FOX
Jordin Sparks, winner of AMERICAN IDOL Season Six, will stay up late to chat with Spike Feresten and to perform "Tattoo," the first single from her self-titled debut, on TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN airing Saturday, Jan. 19 (Midnight-12:30 AM ET/PT) on FOX.
At age 17, Sparks graced the stage as the youngest AMERICAN IDOL winner and then spent the following summer months crafting her debut album. Sparks platinum-selling single "Tattoo" is a top-ten hit and one of the highest-charting singles from any AMERICAN IDOL winner.
TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN is a fast-paced half-hour that combines elements of a talk show with a studio audience and sit-down guests and adds to those elements with irreverent comedy sketches both inside the studio and out on the street. Hosted by Emmy-nominated writer SPIKE FERESTEN ("Seinfeld," "Late Show with David Letterman"), TALKSHOW offers a fresh approach to the conventional late-night format. The series dispenses with the traditional monologue, features comedy in every act and has featured guests Ryan Seacrest, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia-Louis Dreyfus and Carl Reiner among others.
TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN, executive-produced by Feresten and Mike Gibbons, is a production of Fox Television Studios.
