'Finish Line' to Premiere in HD Under the 'Playbook Movies' Umbrella
NEW YORK, April 7, 2008 -- Scott Baio ("Scott Baio Is
46...And Pregnant"), Samuel Page ("American Dreams") and Taylor Cole
("Summerland") star in the Spike original movie, "Finish Line," premiering
on Monday, April 21 from 9 p.m. - 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on Spike TV. "Finish
Line" premieres in HD and is slated under the "Playbook Movies" umbrella.
"Finish Line" is a fast-paced, heart-pounding action film about a stock
car driver whose desperate need for money leads him to unknowingly work for
an arms dealer, putting himself and those close to him in danger. Mitch's
(Page) dream of becoming a NASCAR driver is cut short when he demolishes
his car in a race. Desperately in need of money to fix his car, he accepts
a shady offer for fast cash to be a mechanic and personal body guard for
millionaire importer Frank Chase (Baio) and his sexy daughter Jessie
(Cole). Mitch quickly realizes that Frank's deal is too good to be true
when he witnesses a murder on the property. In order to keep himself and
his family out of danger, Mitch must work with the FBI to infiltrate
Frank's illegal arms operation and bring him down once and for all.

with Larry Levinson Productions produced in association with Grand Army
Entertainment, LLC. "Finish Line" is directed by Gerry Lively, written by
Ron McGee and produced by Randy Pope. Robert Halmi, Jr. and Larry Levinson
