LOS ANGELES, June 26 -- Lifetime stirs up the restless summer nights this August with three tantalizing new Lifetime Original Movies centering on the unruly girls of a high school cheerleading clique, the not-so glamorous side of teen stardom in the suburbs and the high stakes world of go-go dancing with the premieres of "Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal," starring Jenna Dewan, Ashley Benson and Academy Award(R) winner Tatum O'Neal, "True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet," starring pop-singer Joanna "JoJo" Levesque, Golden Globe(R) winner Valerie Bertinelli and Shenae Grimes, and "Confessions of a Go-Go Girl," starring Chelsea Hobbs and supermodel Rachel Hunter. All air on consecutive Saturdays, beginning August 2 at 9pm ET/PT.

"Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal" -- Premieres Saturday, August 2 at 9pm ET/PT

In "Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal" follows Brooke Tippit (Ashley Benson), captain of the cheerleading squad and daughter to Principal Lorene Tippit (Tatum O'Neal), and her group of friends known as the "Fab Five," constantly disobey school rules and disregard teachers while administrators turn the other way. But when Emma Carr (Jenna Dewan), a bright-eye, optimistic young teacher joins the faculty as the new cheerleading coach, the girls discover they are in for quite a challenge when Emma doesn't let them get away with breaking the rules as they are use to. The outrageous antics of the clique quickly escalate from skipping and disrupting classes to extreme partying, posting suggestive photos of themselves on the internet, bullying and other self-destructive behavior. Hoping to protect the girls from endangering themselves and damaging their futures, Emma asks for Principal Tippit's support in disciplining the girls, but is blindsided with a request for a resignation instead. Frustrated, Emma risks the end to her teaching career by breaking the news of the scandalous conduct of the "Fab Five" and administrators to the local and national media. Based on a true story.

"True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet" -- Premieres Saturday, August 9 at 9pm ET/PT

Valerie Bertinelli makes her debut in her first-ever original Lifetime movie starring platinum-selling recording artist Joanna "JoJo Levesque ("RV") and Shenae Grimes (The CW's new "90210"). In "True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet," 17-year-old actress Morgan Carter (Levesque) has it all -- money, fame and millions of adoring fans. But her world comes crashing down after she passes out on the red carpet of her movie premiere from alcohol poisoning. Morgan is quickly whisked away to rehab but speculation about her substance abuse problem tarnishes her image and keeps the press at her heels. Afraid that returning to Hollywood would lead to a relapse in her partying ways and result in the demise of Morgan's career, her mother and manager devise a plan for Morgan to live with her offbeat aunt Trudy (Bertinelli) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she can recover without the flashing bulbs of the paparazzi and celebrity bloggers writing about her every move. Assuming the name 'Claudia Miller' while attending a local high school, she goes unrecognized by her fellow students. Morgan must now adjust to life as a typical teenager, living on a limited budget and taking geometry and gym classes while making some new friends outside of her usual celebrity circle.

"Confessions of a Go-Go Girl" -- Premieres Saturday, August 16 at 9pm ET/PT

Chelsea Hobbs ("The Party Never Stops") stars as Jane McCoy, a recent college graduate who scraps her plans for law school to pursue an acting career full-time. Struggling to make ends meet, she meets a confident and persuasive friend who shows her the way to make extra money go-go dancing. What starts as just an "easy money" job, rapidly becomes an all-consuming activity that slowly pulls Jane from her acting classes, her relationships with her boyfriend and family, and, most importantly, from her true self. Rachel Hunter, Corbin Bernsen and Sara Carter also star.
