FUSE GREEN LIGHTS THREE ORIGINAL SERIES FOR FALL 2008
Two New Studio Shows, "You Rock, Let's Roll" and "The Weekly Riff" Also Premiere in July
TCA, Los Angeles, CA (July 8, 2008) - Fuse, the national music television network, has green-lit production for three new original series to air this fall, including "Redemption Song (wt)" where down-on-their-luck singers get a second chance at music stardom; "Tour Me A New One (wt)" which takes viewers on musical explorations to the far-flung corners of the earth; and "Rock Bottom (wt)" which looks at troubled bands as they stage interventions and give ultimatums.
In addition, two new studio-based shows will premiere in the next two weeks - - "You Rock, Let's Roll," a music dating game show, on Monday, July 14 at 6pm ET and "The Weekly Riff," a music, pop culture, entertainment roundtable, on Friday, July 25 at 11pm ET.
"The addition of these shows furthers our commitment to new programming that has music at its pulse," said Matt Farber, executive vice president, Programming, Development and Digital. "With each new series, we're building on the depth and variety of music programming that viewers can find on Fuse."

"Redemption Song" (working title)

"Redemption Song" takes ten women who are down on their luck, struggling to get by and a little bit ashamed of their choices as they seize one last chance to make it big. Each week, contestants will compete in a series of outlandish music-related challenges ending with a winner who will receive a major record deal and star in her own music video airing on Fuse. Produced by Zig-Zag Productions USA.
"Tour Me A New One" (working title)
Q4 2008 This half hour series follows comedian Nate Jackson to the far-flung musical corners of the earth. Viewers will meet the world's most interesting, entertaining and devoted music fans � and observe them in their fascinating natural habitats. Produced by Screaming Flea Productions. "Rock Bottom" (working title) Q4 2008
"Rock Bottom" takes an honest look at the stresses that constantly push and pull at rock bands, hip hop groups and other musical outfits. Each week Fuse follows a rising musical group as they stage an intervention and give one troubled band member dealing with drug addiction, alcoholism or personality problems, a choice - clean up your act or get replaced. Produced by Film Garden Entertainment.

This new game show pairs music-loving girls with rocked out guys to find out who makes the best musical match. Join host Jared Cotter and his co-host Chrishell as a music loving bachelor/bachelorette pick from three distinct contestants representing a variety of musical genres.
