100 QUESTIONS FOR CHARLOTTE PAYNE (NBC) - Newcomer Elizabeth Ho has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, about the title character (Sophie Winkleman), who navigates her life and friends. She'll play Leslie, one of her best friends who is also her business partner. Universal Media Studios is behind the half-hour, which James Burrows is directing from a script by Chris Moynihan.


BROTHERS (FOX) - "The Shield" co-star CCH Pounder is in negotiations to join the cast of the comedy pilot, about the relationship between a retired NFL player (Michael Strahan) and his wheelchair-bound brother (Darryl Mitchell). She'll play the boys' mother. Don Reo penned the Sony Pictures Television-based half-hour, which Ted Wass is directing.


'TIL DEATH (FOX) - Co-executive producers Alex Barnow and Marc Firek have reupped their overall deal with producer Sony Pictures Television. The pact, said to be for two-years/seven-figures, calls for the pair to depart the FOX comedy for another of the studio's stable of comedies. In addition, they've landed a blind script commitment which they'll begin working on immediately.


UNTITLED SHERRI SHEPHERD PROJECT (Lifetime) - Elizabeth Regen ("Whoopi") has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, about a woman (Sherri Shepherd) who works at a law firm and contends with her husband's infidelity. She'll take over for Melissa Rauch as Angie, the new girl at the office. No reason for the change was given. ABC Studios and Wass-Stein Productions are behind the half-hour, which comes from creator Dave Flebotte.
