NEW YORK, August 13, 2009 -- South Park Digital Studios LLC, the joint venture between "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and COMEDY CENTRAL, a division of MTVN Entertainment Group, a unit of Viacom (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), announced today that southparkstudios.com will premiere the rarely-seen, original hand-made "South Park" pilot created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker. The original pilot, which is the basis for the Emmy� and Peabody�-Award winning series' premiere episode "Cartman Gets An Anal Probe," contains four minutes of additional footage that never made it to air when the episode debuted in 1997. This pilot was created entirely by hand on construction paper and was animated primarily by Stone and Parker. Southparkstudios.com will feature the pilot on an ad-supported basis for a limited period of 30 days at www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/pilot.
