CBS FALL PREVIEW, a primetime special previewing CBS's new fall lineup, to be hosted by the stars of the hit Network comedy series HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, will be broadcast Wednesday, Sept. 2 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. This CBS fall preview offering has been an annual tradition since 2004.

CBS FALL PREVIEW will feature sneak peeks of the five new additions to CBS's primetime schedule this fall: the drama series NCIS: LOS ANGELES, THE GOOD WIFE, THREE RIVERS and MEDIUM and the comedy series ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE. Hosts Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan and Cobie Smulders exchange humorous banter throughout the special, which was taped on their series' sets, in the midst of introducing various video previews. They also utilize comical means to drive home the point that HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is moving to 8:00 PM on Mondays.

The special will also be available as video on demand to customers of AT&T U-verse, Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS TV - and CBS stations will have the option for multiple encore showings on their primary and digital channels and/or Web sites prior to the start of the new season.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, which was recently nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series for the 2008-2009 season, begins its fifth season on Monday, Sept. 21 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT).

ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE, based on the best-selling memoir by Mary F. Pols, is a comedy about a single newspaper film critic who finds herself "accidentally" pregnant after a one-night stand with a much younger guy, and decides to keep the baby... and the guy. The series stars Jenna Elfman, Ashley Jensen, Jon Foster, Grant Show, Lennon Parham and Nicolas Wright and premieres Monday, Sept. 21 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT).

NCIS: LOS ANGELES is a drama about the high stakes world of the Office of Special Projects (OSP), a division of NCIS that is charged with apprehending dangerous and elusive criminals that pose a threat to the nation's security. NCIS: LOS ANGELES, which stars Chris O'Donnell, LL COOL J, Linda Hunt, Peter Cambor, Adam Jamal Craig, Daniela Ruah and Rocky Carroll, premieres Tuesday, Sept. 22 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT).

THE GOOD WIFE is a drama about a wife and mother who boldly assumes full responsibility for her family and re-enters the workforce as a defense attorney after her husband's very public sex and political corruption scandal lands him in jail. The series stars Julianna Margulies, Christine Baranski, Josh Charles, Archie Panjabi, Matt Czuchry, Makenzie Vega and Graham Phillips, and premieres Tuesday, Sept. 22 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).

MEDIUM is a drama inspired by the real-life story of research medium Allison Dubois, an extraordinary young wife and mother who, since childhood, has struggled to make sense of her dreams and visions of dead people. Dubois works as a consultant to the Phoenix District Attorney and uses her psychic abilities to solve violent and horrifying crimes that baffle police and others within the criminal justice system. Last season, after experiencing headaches and other symptoms, Allison was diagnosed with a brain tumor, but after she postpones her surgery, she suffers a stroke and is in a coma. MEDIUM stars Patricia Arquette, Jake Weber, Miguel Sandoval, Sofia Vassilieva, Maria Lark, David Cubitt and Madison/Miranda Carabello. It begins its sixth season, and first on the CBS Television Network, on Friday, Sept. 25 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT)

THREE RIVERS is a medical drama that goes inside the emotionally complex lives of organ donors, the recipients and the surgeons at the preeminent transplant hospital in the country, where every moment counts. THREE RIVERS, which stars Alex O'Loughlin, Katherine Moennig, Daniel Henney, Christopher J. Hanke, Alfre Woodard and Justina Machado, premieres Sunday, Oct. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT).
