New York, NY � September 30, 2009 � Oxygen's popular series "Snapped" returns with all new episodes this Sunday, October 4 at 10PM ET/PT with more shocking stories. Each hour-long installment offers gritty details, interviews and further insight into the minds of the women who snapped.
In this brand new episode, viewers meet teenager Nikki Reynolds from Southern Florida. Growing up in the picture perfect family, Reynolds quickly becomes a stranger to her loved ones once she begins dating her high school heart-throb. Her infatuation with her new love sucks her into a destructive relationship and the obsession with her boyfriend leads her to a terrible act she doesn't deny--murdering her mother. Once the story unfolds viewers are left to wonder what caused her to snap. Was it her past? Was it intentional? All is revealed in a riveting hour-long "Snapped" episode that will leave viewers dying for more.
"Snapped" features everyday average moms, wives and girlfriends who in a fit of rage �snap' and allegedly commit murder. Did they really do it? And if so, why? Was it a cheating spouse, years of constant abuse or that dirty dish in the sink? Whatever the situation, the women share a common bond--they all SNAPPED!
