DAYLIGHT ROBBERY (FOX, New!) - Karyn Usher ("Prison Break") is looking to import the U.K. series of the same name about "a group of four housewives who, in need of money, turn to a life of crime." Jane Hewland, who executive produced the 1999-2000 series, is also on board to executive produce the series alongside Usher, Michael Thorn and Marty Adelstein for 20th Century Fox Television. The network has given a script commitment to the hour with a penalty attached should it not go to pilot.

MIDLAND (FOX, New!) - Feature writer Kyle Killen ("The Beaver") has landed a script commitment from the network for a new drama about a polygamist with two wives. 20th Century Fox Television is behind the hour, which has a penalty attached. No other specifics were given.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS (ABC Family) - "Privileged" alum Lucy Hale is on track to topline the drama pilot, about "four 16-year-old girlfriends, Aria (Hale), Emily, Spencer and Hanna, who have lost touch with one another until each of them begins to receive mysterious messages suggesting that Alison is watching them and knows every secret they're desperate to keep." Originally set up at The WB in 2005 and then The CW in 2006, the project - which is based on the Alloy Entertainment's series of young-adult novels by Sara Shepard - subsequently made its way to the cable channel. Marlene King penned the latest adaptation with Alloy Entertainment's Bob Levy and Leslie Morgenstein also serving as executive producers for Warner Horizon Television.
