TLC WALKS DOWN THE AISLE THIS WINTER WITH WEDDING PROGRAMMING

TLC set to premiere Battle of the Wedding Planners, Happily Ever Faster, Four Weddings and Manhattan Marriage Project with Gino Filippone

Los Angeles, CA TLC will premiere several new series and specials this winter, further building out the slate of wedding themed programming on the network.

"TLC is continuing to build out our genre programming and we're demonstrating our commitment to wedding themed programming with a bunch of new series and specials," says TLC SVP Production and Development, Nancy Daniels. "We love this genre. It has a compelling mix of high stakes drama, relatability and room for personality and whimsy, making it a perfect fit for TLC."

TLC will say I do to the following specials and series:

Battle of the Wedding Planners premieres 11/13 at 10PM

From the day Abbie and Drew met on the set of the musical "Carousel" they knew it was love at first song. Eight years later, the couple wants a wedding that echoes their fun-loving, no-frills attitude and pays homage to their Jersey Shore roots. To help the couple turn their dream wedding into a reality, they will have three of America's best wedding planners competing for the chance to plan their wedding. The couple will pick their winner. But the wedding planners are in for some serious penny pinching: they have to make the entire wedding happen on the couple's $15,000 budget. Watch the claws come out as these three super competitive planners scramble to come up with a winning wedding concept. The planners must call in every favor they have and scour Los Angeles for the most romantic and economic venues. The competition is fierce and the concepts amazing. In the end, the couple is faced with the very tough decision of picking a winner. Who will give Abbie and Drew the wedding of their dreams? Let the Battle of the Wedding Planners begin!

Happily Ever Faster premieres on 11/20 at 10PM

Happily Ever Faster profiles The Chapel of the Flowers, a wedding chapel located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas on the famous Las Vegas Strip. They have five onsite wedding chapels and a complete wedding services menu: flowers, limousines, photography and more. And despite catering to upwards of 50 couples a day (more than 5,000 couples a year), the chapel promises a classy and affordable wedding experience contrary to the majority of the other 120 other chapels on the strip. Their tasteful approach to matrimony sets them apart and is popular to both locals and couples traveling from all over the world. Each episode profiles engaged couples, their background stories and their wild ride at the Chapel - from meeting their wedding planner to scrambling to finish plans in time for the happy, emotional ceremony. But the tears, laughter and bridal drama don't stop at the altar. This family-owned business has its own behind-the-scenes challenges that are tackled head-on by the owners, husband and wife, Jason and Holly Myers and their upbeat and enthusiastic team of wedding planners.

Six episodes have been ordered and will air stacked, premiering two a week back to back. This series is a commission by TLC and Executive Produced by Leftfield Productions.

Four Weddings airs sneak peek on 12/11 at 10PM, Series premiere on 1/30 at 10PM

Months in the planning and a small fortune to finance, it's no wonder a bride becomes convinced that her big day will be the perfect dream wedding. But what if four brides agree to be guests at each other's weddings and then judge which one really is the best? Welcome to Four Weddings. The stakes are more then just bragging rights, the winning bride and groom will be whisked away on a dream honeymoon!

Ten episodes have been ordered. The series is a TLC production and Executive Produced by ITV Studios

Manhattan Marriage Project with Gino Filippone (wt) airs sneak peek on 12/18 at 10PM, Series premiere on 1/8 at 10PM

The Empire State Building is not only one of New York's most iconic images, but it also happens to be one of the most popular places in America to get hitched. In the business of love, he is on call 24/7 and constantly on the go. On the 55th floor of the Empire State building, Gino has created a chapel with spectacular views of the city and romance galore. But no matter what type of wedding Gino is planning, he makes sure that each occasion is not only the perfect New York moment but also the perfect wedding to remember for a lifetime.
