One-Hour Entertainment Special Will Announce Nominations for "THE 52nd ANNUAL GRAMMY� AWARDS" From Club NOKIA in Los Angeles

For the second year in a row, two-time GRAMMY Award winner LL COOL J will host THE GRAMMY� NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! - COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT�, broadcasting live from Club NOKIA in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Dec. 2 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Three-time GRAMMY� Award winner the Black Eyed Peas, six-time GRAMMY-nominated Maxwell and GRAMMY winner Sugarland are the first performers announced for the special. Additional presenters, performers and information will be announced shortly. This marks the second consecutive year that nominations for the annual GRAMMY Awards will be announced live on primetime television. The special will once again set the stage for the annual GRAMMY Awards telecast and will announce nominations in several categories as well as feature performances by past GRAMMY winners and/or nominees.

The road to Music's Biggest Night culminates with "THE 52nd ANNUAL GRAMMY� AWARDS" at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles live on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010 (8:00-11:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
