JACKPOT (FOX, New!) - Alan Yang ("Parks and Recreation") has sold a new comedy to the network about a group of high school friends who win the lottery. The project, which is presumably single-camera, is being produced by Michael Aguilar ("What Happens in Vegas"). No studio however was listed as attached. Aguilar and his Dos Tontos banner with Kent Alterman was previously based at the now defunct Fox Atomic.
MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER (Bravo) - Executive producer Rob Lee has inked a first-look deal with "American Idol" producer FremantleMedia North America. The pact gives the company first crack at the output of Lee's Bayonne Entertainment banner.
UNTITLED MATT GOLDMAN PROJECT (FOX, New!) - Matt Goldman ("The New Adventures of Old Christine") has landed a new multi-camera comedy at the network. The project, which is set up at Sony Pictures Television and the studio-based Tantamount, centers on "a man who tries to make a comeback, both personally and professionally, while working at a dysfunctional company for a woman he dumped five years ago." Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Mitch Hurwitz then presumably will executive produce for Tantamount.
