CBS.COM PRESENTS THE FOURTH SEASON OF AWARD-WINNING GHOST WHISPERER WEB SERIES, "GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV"

Sponsored by GMC Acadia, Fans Can Play THE OTHER SIDE IV Interactive Companion Game (and/or Enter the Sweepstakes) for a Chance to Win a New 2010 GMC Acadia*

LOS ANGELES, April 12 - GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV, the fourth season of the original scripted, award-winning, online companion series to CBS's GHOST WHISPERER began streaming today on http://www.cbs.com/ghost. Sponsored by GMC Acadia, GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV is one of the longest-running Web series inspired by a dramatic television series. CBS.com will post a new webisode each week from now until May 21; interactive companion games ("gamisodes") inspired by the Web series and created by CBS Web Originals will also be available on the CBS Audience Network.

The fourth season of GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV revolves around the Tyler family - Meg (Kasey Wilson); her husband, James (Mark Lutz), and daughter, Daisy (Hailey Sole) - who move into a new house only to discover that they're not being welcomed with open arms. Their lives are turned upside down when a wild ghost (Mark Knudsen) forms a disturbing bond with their daughter while trying to scare the family out of the house. Meg and James must find a way to rid their home of dark spirits before it's too late.

Similar to last year, the Web series will feature gamisodes, exclusive photo comparison games created by CBS Interactive Web Originals. As each webisode of GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV ends, the video player disappears and immerses viewers into an interactive game where they follow clues that lead them to the identity of a mysterious ghost seen in the Web series.

GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE Web series was created in direct response to thousands of emails from people around the world asking, "What is it like to be a ghost?" This installment of webisodes gives GHOST WHISPERER fans everything they've ever wanted to know about the intersection of the living and the dead by focusing on the universal question, "Is your house haunted?" The real-life "ghost whisperer," Mary Ann Winkowski, will share expert advice on the subject.

GM returns as the exclusive sponsor of the fourth season of GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE, highlighting the GMC Acadia, which is woven organically into the storyline of the webisodes, as well as into the new gamisode format. GMC has sponsored GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE since its inception in conjunction with their television sponsorship of the hit CBS series.

GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE IV is the first production to use the Canon 1D Mark IV as its primary camera. This hybrid digital still camera provides the high-quality look of film and unparalleled low-light performance. The small size and extensive lens choices make it ideal for production of digital media content while the picture quality it delivers guarantees a superior online viewing experience.

This Web series is written by Kim Moses ("The Surgeon," "Profiler") and directed by Larry Carroll ("Peacemakers," "Red Skies"). GHOST WHISPERER: THE OTHER SIDE is created by Kim Moses and Ian Sander (executive producers and directors of GHOST WHISPERER) of Sander/Moses Productions and SLAM Internet. The gamisodes are produced by the Bright Red Pixels Production Company for CBS Interactive Web Originals.

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the U.S., 18 and older, with valid driver's license at date of entry. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes ends May 31st at 5:00 PM, ET. For official rules, go to www.cbs.com/ghostwhisperer.
