THE GOOD WIFE (CBS) - Emmy-winner Tammy Blanchard ("Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows") has landed a role on the show's sophomore season. She'll play one of Glen Childs's (Titus Welliver) underlings and a confidante to Cary (Matt Czuchry), a "fair-minded assistant state's attorney who looks more like an indie-band drummer than a lawyer." Chris Sarandon ("Judging Amy") is also set to recur as "the irascible and domineering Judge Goode."
GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - James Tupper ("Mercy") has booked a multi-episode arc on the show's upcoming season. He'll play Andrew Perkins, "a trauma counselor brought in to help Seattle Grace recover from that nightmarish season-ending bloodbath," in at least two episodes. No other details were given.
