ERIC CHRISTIAN OLSEN JOINS THE CAST OF "NCIS: LOS ANGELES" AS A SERIES REGULAR
LOS ANGELES - July 27, 2010 - After guest-starring last season as Los Angeles Police Detective Liaison Marty Deeks, Eric Christian Olsen will join NCIS: LOS ANGELES as a series regular. Deeks, a seasoned LAPD undercover detective, was recruited to the NCIS team by Operations Manager Hetty Lange, played by Linda Hunt. Olsen reprises his role in the special two-hour season premiere of the second season Tuesday, Sept. 21 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
"We are thrilled to have Eric join the cast," said Executive Producer Shane Brennan. "He has already proved himself to be a great asset and invaluable member of the team, and Eric's fans will be delighted to see what we have in store for him."
NCIS: LOS ANGELES is produced by CBS Television Studios with Shane Brennan as the executive producer.
