JUSTIN BIEBER AND B.o.B SET TO MAKE VMA PERFORMANCE DEBUTS AT THE "2010 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS"

New York, NY (August 18, 2010) - MTV will prove one night can change everything as Justin Bieber and B.o.B make their VMA performance debuts at the "2010 MTV Video Music Awards." Set to take the iconic stage for the first time, Justin Bieber and B.o.B are eager to fill the shoes of past VMA legends with their unprecedented performances. Bieber, who is nominated for "Best New Artist," and B.o.B, who received an impressive 5 nominations, will join an incredible line-up of performers, including Kanye, Drake and Florence + The Machine. Ke$ha and Ashley Greene have been added to the previously announced list of presenters which include Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Selena Gomez and Ne-Yo. The "2010 MTV Video Music Awards" will air live from Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 9PM (Live ET/Tape delayed PT.) MTV will announce additional performers, presenters and host on a later date.

Viewers can vote for general VMA categories, including "Best New Artist," by visiting vma.mtv.com beginning Tuesday, August 3. In addition, text voting for "Best New Artist" is open to all wireless carrier subscribers by texting BNA to 97979. Voting continues through the show, live on September 12. Also, Verizon Wireless subscribers can vote in all categories by texting VMA to 97979 (standard message rates apply.)
