USA WELCOMES NEW CHARACTERS WITH "FACING KATE," ITS NEWEST ORIGINAL SERIES PREMIERING IN JANUARY

Fall Heats up with New Episodes of Hit Series PSYCH and BURN NOTICE in November

Summer Sensations ROYAL PAINS and WHITE COLLAR Return in January

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - August 18, 2010 - Approaching its fifth consecutive summer win, while pacing to take the third quarter, USA will continue airing the most exciting originals on television straight through 2010 and into the new year! With original programming blocks that feature all-new episodes of returning hit originals PSYCH, BURN NOTICE, ROYAL PAINS and WHITE COLLAR, USA keeps up the momentum with the premiere of its much anticipated newest original series, FACING KATE, starring Sarah Shahi ("Life," "The L Word"), which joins the line-up in January.

USA's hot roster of hit series gives viewers something to warm up to as the days get shorter and the nights grow colder. November sees the return of fan-favorite PSYCH on Wednesday, November 10, at 10/9c with brand new cases waiting to be solved as well as a special Shawn & Gus version of the holiday classic "It's a Wonderful Life" on Wednesday, December 15, at 9/8c. BURN NOTICE follows with its premiere on Thursday, November 11, at 10/9c with the adventures of Miami's hottest burned spy.

FACING KATE centers on Kate Reed (Shahi), a top litigator frustrated with the endless bureaucracy and daily injustices she witnesses, who turns on the system to become the ultimate anti-lawyer: a mediator. Using her knowledge of the law, along with her savvy, intuition and a whatever-it-takes approach to resolving conflict, Kate finds the middle ground for a wide variety of adversaries -- from Fortune 500 corporations to bitter divorces. After the death of her father, she finds herself at odds with the new boss, her stepmother Lauren Reed (Virginia Williams)...and in bed with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Justin Patrick (Michael Trucco), a top gun in the DA's office. Helping her keep all of this chaos at bay is her trusted, geek-chic assistant Leonardo (Baron Vaughn). FACING KATE was created and is written and executive produced by Michael Sardo. Steve Stark also serves as executive producer and the series comes from Universal Cable Productions.

PSYCH fans are still entertained by the exploits of fake psychic Shawn (James Roday) and his best friend Gus (Dule Hill) as they continue to work unsolvable cases and lend a hand to the Santa Barbara Police Department. Also starring are Corbin Bernsen as Henry Spencer, Timothy Omundson as Detective Lassiter, Maggie Lawson as Detective Juliet O'Hara and Kirsten Nelson as Chief Vick. PSYCH is executive produced by Steve Franks, Kelly Kulchak and Chris Henze, with Universal Cable Productions in association with Tagline Pictures. Mel Damski serves as executive producer and director. Saladin K. Patterson, Andy Berman and Bill Callahan are co-executive producers/writers.

BURN NOTICE, the sexy, smash hit, stars Jeffrey Donovan as Michael Westen, a blacklisted spy who finds himself in sun-soaked Miami. Heating up the night with Michael are Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar), an ex-IRA operative and ex-girlfriend of Michael; Sam (Bruce Campbell), our favorite washed-up military intelligence muscle; and Michael's mother (Emmy Award-winner Sharon Gless). Last season, Jesse Garcia (Coby Bell) joined Michael and his team as a new counter-intelligence expert. BURN NOTICE was created and is written and executive produced by Matt Nix. Alfredo Barrios and Mikkel Bondesen also serve as executive producers. The series comes from Fox Television Studios and Fuse Entertainment.

In addition to the premiere of FACING KATE in January, two more top-rated series rejoin the schedule. ROYAL PAINS, featuring everyone's favorite concierge doctor, makes its winter arrival, as does the critically acclaimed hit WHITE COLLAR, bringing more intrigue and "bromance" into viewers' homes each week.

In ROYAL PAINS, Mark Feuerstein stars as Hank Lawson who, after becoming blacklisted from the medical community, revives his career as a "doctor for hire" to the rich and famous in the Hamptons. In addition to treating this select group of the East End elite, Hank also caters to the town's less fortunate by donating his time at the local clinic. Paulo Constanzo as Hank's brother Evan, Reshma Shetty as Divya, Hank's physician's assistant and Jill Flint, as Jill, the head of the clinic, also star in this smash hit. ROYAL PAINS is written and executive produced by Andrew Lenchewski. Michael Rauch also serves as executive producer along with Rich Frank, Paul Frank and Jeff Kwatinetz from Prospect Park. Christine Sacani and John Rogers serve as co-executive producers. The series comes from Universal Cable Productions.

Continuing to be a critical and ratings success, WHITE COLLAR stars Matt Bomer as Neal Caffrey, a con artist who forms an unlikely partnership with FBI agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay). In exchange for Neal keeping his freedom after escaping from a maximum-security prison, he provides Peter with his expertise to assist the Feds in putting away infamous and elusive criminals. The series also stars Willie Garson as Mozzie, Tiffani Thiessen as Elizabeth Burke, Marsha Thomason as Agent Berrigan and Sharif Atkins as Agent Jones. WHITE COLLAR was created and is executive produced by Jeff Eastin and comes from Fox Television Studios. Jeff King and Clifton Campbell are co-executive producers. The show is shot entirely in and around New York City.
