"SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE" EVOLVES THE COURT SERIES GENRE

--LAUNCHING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH --

"With today's technology, viewers can literally be a part of the show and send in their everyday conflicts, and we'll resolve them right here on the spot!" -Nancy Grace

LOS ANGELES, CA - September 7, 2010 - No robe, no gavel, no bench. Premiering Monday, September 13, 2010, justice will take on a whole new meaning when it comes to the outspoken and passionate former prosecutor Nancy Grace. SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE is a half-hour, syndicated, reality court series featuring host Nancy Grace as the binding arbitrator who will settle real-life disputes in real-time.

The only court show debuting in HD, SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE is a fresh, new forum where viewers will be able to communicate directly with Nancy and ask for her advice. Nancy will be interacting with litigants, polygraph panelists, DNA experts and viewers from across the country through a variety of real-time, dynamic legal and production techniques.

"'Swift Justice' is unlike any other court show out there today," said Ms. Grace. "I have this exciting opportunity to be the jury, the judge and the prosecutor and my role is to be fair, to be just and to not mince words. We will have litigants in front of us, and also bring people in from across the country live into our studio. One of the most unique elements in 'Swift Justice' is that we have the viewer as part of the team." added Grace.

A highlight to the show features the daily segment "Nancy Across America," where people will be able to plead their cases from wherever they live using remote technology via Polycom. The show will also connect to its viewers by utilizing social networks like Facebook as well as email that Nancy will directly address during the show.

"'Swift Justice' is a high energy, next-generation court show," said executive producer John Terenzio. "With all the digital technology in the world today, we thought, 'why can't

we create a road to Nancy and bring America to her?' And that is exactly what we have done with 'Swift Justice.' We're keeping all the elements of a traditional court show, but we're adding a passionate star with a larger-than-life personality, who really wants to be accessible to the everyday viewer and resolve their legal issues."

Riveting drama. Real-life conflict. Emotional resolution. With Nancy's unique brand of justice taking center stage, SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE is poised to usher in a new era in court television for the 21st century viewer.

SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE is produced by Swift Justice Productions, Inc. and is distributed by CBS Television Distribution. John Terenzio is executive producer and Lou Dennig is senior supervising producer. CBS Television Distribution is a unit of CBS Corp.
