Contest Allows Fans to Upload Videos, Nominating Family, Friends, and Co-Workers For A Chance To Win Grand Prize of $5,000*

SAN FRANCISCO - Oct. 27 CBS.com today announced "Employee of the Month," an online contest inspired by CBS's popular show UNDERCOVER BOSS. The contest invites people to nominate themselves, family, friends or co-workers to be the UNDERCOVER BOSS Employee of the Month by submitting a 30 second video explaining why their nominee deserves recognition. Once the submission period is over, users will be allowed to vote for their favorite videos on CBS.com, deeming the person with the most votes Employee of the Month**.

The contest will run through Apr. 2011 and a monthly finalist will be chosen every month. Each finalist will be automatically eligible for the $5,000 Employee of the Year vote at the end of the season and will be featured on CBS.com.

"UNDERCOVER BOSS has encouraged millions of people to change the way they look at their jobs and the colleagues they work with," says Jeff Clark, Vice President of CBS.com. "This contest gives our users a chance to have someone they admire recognized on a national level and rewarded with a fantastic cash prize."

The contest will have monthly submission and voting periods. The submission period for the November contest is now open, ending on Nov. 10. Voting will be open to the public on Nov. 11, closing on Nov. 17. The finalist will be announced on Sunday, Nov. 21 on CBS.com.

UNDERCOVER BOSS was the Emmy-nominated #1 new series of the 2009-2010 season, averaging 17.7 million viewers.
