ABC News Election Night Coverage Available to Consumers Everywhere

ABC News to Air a Special One-Hour Edition of "Nightline"

ABC News NOW Coverage, Anchored by John Berman and Claire Shipman, To Be Live-Streamed on Various Digital Platforms, Including Yahoo! and Hulu

Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos will anchor live coverage of election results from across the country on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2. Coverage will originate from ABC News headquarters in New York, beginning with a special edition of "World News with Diane Sawyer" at 6:30 p.m., and continuing until at least 4:00 a.m., ET.

The network will carry special reports at the top and bottom of each hour from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., followed by a live 90-minute special, "ABC News -- Vote 2010," at 9:30 p.m., ET / 9:30 p.m., PT. ABC News will live-stream a special program, anchored by Sawyer and Stephanopoulos, from 8:00-9:30 p.m., ET, on ABCNews.com, Facebook(R) and on the ABC News iPad application. Beginning at 9:30 p.m., ET Facebook, ABCNews.com, and the iPad app will live-stream the network's election coverage.

Sawyer and Stephanopoulos will be joined by a team of ABC news anchors, correspondents and analysts including:

· Senior Political Correspondent Jonathan Karl

· Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper

· "This Week" Anchor Christiane Amanpour reporting from Connecticut.

· Sharyn Alfonsi, Ron Claiborne, Neal Karlinsky and John Qui�ones reporting live from states with crucial elections in determining the balance of power.

· David Muir and Facebook's Randi Zuckerberg moderating an On Campus town hall meeting at Arizona State University.

· Providing analysis and historical context will be ABC News contributors George Will, Cokie Roberts, Donna Brazile and Matthew Dowd. They will be joined by Ron Brownstein, Editorial Director for the National Journal Group, and conservative commentator Dana Loesch.

ABC News NOW will produce continuous political news programming throughout Election Night, which will be live-streamed on Yahoo!, Hulu, and a variety of additional mobile and broadband platforms, beginning at 7:00 p.m., ET. This coverage, anchored by John Berman and Claire Shipman, will include the latest news and analysis. As the results begin to come in, ABC's David Muir and Facebook's Randi Zuckerberg will have live reaction from the campus community at Arizona State University.

On Election Night, "Nightline" will air a special hour-long broadcast beginning at 11:35 p.m., ET and then will air another new one-hour broadcast for the West Coast at 11:35 p.m., PT. "Nightline" co-anchors will report from across the nation with Terry Moran in Washington, DC, Cynthia McFadden in Chicago, Illinois and Bill Weir in Los Angeles, California.

George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts will be joined by Diane Sawyer for a complete wrap-up of the election results on "Good Morning America" the following morning.

ABCNEWS.com will provide up-to-the-minute results and ABC News projections for winners in the Senate, House, and gubernatorial races as the polls close. ABC's interactive election map provides detailed information about all races for Senate, Congress and Governor. Earlier in the day, there will be special Election Day editions of ABC News/Washington Post's "Top Line" and Jake Tapper's "Political Punch" webcasts.

In addition to live-streaming the network's coverage, the ABC News iPad app will allow users to explore other special election features. The "What If" game lets users imagine different scenarios for Senate and House races through an interactive touch-screen map, where users can tap on either the Republican or Democratic parties and watch how their predictions would impact the balance of power. When the voting returns come in on Nov. 2, the application's "Live Elections" feature will display the real Senate, Congressional Gubernatorial results live as they happen.

ABC News Radio will provide extensive coverage of election results. Aaron Katersky will anchor live with Sam Donaldson from 7:00 p.m. until at least 1:00 a.m., ET. ABC News Radio's team of correspondents and analysts -- including Vic Ratner and Richard Davies - will contribute reporting on the key Congressional, Senatorial and Gubernatorial races throughout the evening from the ABC News Decision Desk; Torie Clarke and Steve Roberts will provide analysis; Alex Stone will report on key races from Las Vegas, NV; Matt Gutman will be in covering races from Miami, FL; and Brad Wheelis will be covering the races in California from Los Angeles. Steven Portnoy will be with Republican leaders in Washington, DC, and Ann Compton will be with Democratic leaders. ABC News Radio will provide four Election Coverage Status Reports each hour, starting at 5:00 p.m., ET.

ABC NewsOne, the network's affiliate news service, will provide live reports from John Hendren on Capitol Hill for ABC affiliates and clients, including the BBC, Bloomberg, NHK Japan, CTV Canada, Al Jazeera, APTN and Univision.
