SILVER SPRING, Md., Nov. 1, 2010 -- This December, join THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS (a.k.a. Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell) as they celebrate the holiday season with panache on THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS HOLIDAY SPECIAL. Television's first and only "gentleman farmers" will welcome viewers to the historic Beekman 1802 Farm to celebrate the holidays with style on Planet Green on December 8 at 9:00 p.m. (ET).

In THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS HOLIDAY SPECIAL, Brent and Josh will share their favorite holiday traditions -- from baking to entertaining to crafting. Viewers also will receive a look at never-before-seen bloopers and a special advance peek at scenes from season two, premiering in early 2011. Brent and Josh also will take a look back at some of the more memorable moments from season one, as submitted by fans via e-mail and social media. Finally, devoted Beek-Geeks can expect visits from Farmer John and his goats, as well as the one-of-a-kind diva llama, Polka Spot.

"Brent and I are incredibly excited to join the illustrious ranks of the Osmonds, Sonny and Cher, and Frosty the Snowman with our very own holiday special," said Josh. The Planet Green original series THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS follows Josh, a best-selling author and advertising executive, and his partner, Brent, a physician and former vice president at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, who left Manhattan behind for the country life at the Beekman 1802 farm. The upcoming second season of THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS will follow Brent and Josh as they juggle their relationship, along with a burgeoning home business and a rapidly expanding working farm.
